This small-scale apartment complex was completely renovated in 2015 and is neatly finished. The 4 apartments are spread over the first and second floor. This apartment is on the first floor and has a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the church.

We are happy to give you an impression of the apartment:

We arrive at the Schoutenstraat. There's a spacious entrance for the 4 apartments with the intercom-installation and seperate mailboxes. Storage for this apartment is on the left.

We take the stairs up to the first floor; there you enter a wonderful, spacious (outside) entrance for all apartments. We enter the apartment through the sliding door. Here we immediately step foot in the bright living room. The living room has a laminate floor and plastered walls and ceilings. But, the real view comes when you sit on the couch: you look over the roofs with the church tower in the distance! That's living in the city center!

At the rear of the apartment we find the bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower cabin. The bedroom is equipped with authentic stained glass windows and therefore has that little bit of extra.
