What a nice place this is! This beautiful apartment on the Laat not only offers a great view over the shopping street, but with a bit of luck you can also park in front of the door! Who wouldn't want this!

The apartment has a central entrance with intercom-installation, utilities cupboard and staircase.

We continue to the second floor and here you see the spacious living room immediately to the left upon entering. The living room is wonderfully light thanks to the large windows and offers a nice view over the pleasant shopping street.

On the other side of the apartment you will find a spacious bedroom with access to the balcony. Because the bedroom is located at the rear, you have virtually no noise from the shopping public. The closed kitchen has a simple but modern finish and has a wide cupboard with, among other things, the central heating boiler and plenty of storage space. You can also access the balcony from the kitchen. The balcony is located on the north-east which is nice and cool in the summer days.
